Strawberry Patchers

Ten (10) Viewers’ Choice ribbons will be awarded. Additional ribbons to be awarded: Best of Show, Best Label, Color Me Happy (best use of color), Pepper’s Pick (animal related), Leap of Faith (attempt to go outside the box), as well as several business sponsors, one novice and one junior ribbon.

 

Electronic entries will be accepted from April 8 through May 8, 2024. No exceptions. Entries are limited to three per person. Confirmations will be sent with additional quilt preparation and hanging sleeve information via email.

 

No quilts will be accepted at drop off unless they have a confirmation number.

• Eligible quilts must be finished, clean and odor free.

• Quilts may not have been shown in any previous Strawberry Patchers quilt show unless approved as part of a special, themed exhibit.

• All quilts require a 4” hanging sleeve. If oversized, a hanging sleeve must be attached at 90" from the bottom of the quilt so that it does not pool on the floor.

• Quilts will be accepted at the front entrance of the Pine Community Cultural Hall on Thursday, June 6, between 9 and 10am. Quilts not received by 10 am June 6 will not be hung in the show.

• The Copper Needle in Payson will accept quilts with confirmation numbers attached on Monday, June 3 through Wednesday, June 5 during regular business hours.

Quilts must be submitted in clean cloth bags, no plastic bags, boxes or straight pins, please! Quilts and bags must have confirmation numbers safety pinned to them.

Quilts will be released back to the owner or their agent with a numbered pickup slip between 5 and 6 pm on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Quilts not picked up by 6 pm will be available by special arrangement. Quilts that were dropped off at The Copper Needle will be returned there to be picked up during regular business hours.
