The Strawberry Patchers, a chapter of the Arizona Quilters Guild (www.azquiltersguild.org) was organized in February 1994. Currently we have a membership of 34 and welcome anyone who is interested in quilting at any skill level.


We meet in the Isabelle Hunt Memorial Public Library Activity Room (on the first and third Thursdays of each month) in Pine, Arizona

 

We set up and conduct training activities, participate in local events, do pot luck luncheons, and a wide variety of fun stuff throughout the year!

Community Service and Charitable Funding

The monies collected from the sale of tickets for the Opportunity Quilt and the admission fee for the annual Quilt Show, allows the Strawberry Patchers to give on the average $3,500 to $4,000 to local organizations annually. We also make quilts and provide fabric for community service projects.  Recipients are listed below:
